* - The difference in number of students per center, is due to the number of courses each Centre plan to run parallel. Caio plans to have two courses (morning and afternoon).

Besides the courses mentioned, the project management together with the local partners, plan to introduce/update two new courses to the Angolan VET system during the current VET year; Industrial Maintenance and the possibility of introducing a 6th course “turning”, is being studied from the cost point of view. The last course will only be introduced at the Centre of Cinfotec, if costs are found at a doable level.

8 students finished their traineeship period at FMC and Atlas Copco during January/February 2013. All are now waiting for the decision if they will or not have the chance to become employees of the referred companies. Another 10-15 are waiting for the answer from 3 companies to start their apprentice period.
